Philips Van Der Philip is a Dutch aesthetic minimalist in Grand Theft Auto IV. His work is featured in an exhibition at the Randolf Art Center on Galveston Avenue, Middle Park West, Algonquin, Liberty City. He has been widely praised for making the subject matter of his paintings as unrecognizable as possible.
