Pier 69 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. This mission was involving of defeating the Loco Syndicate. It takes place after Ice Cold Killa.
Summary
It begins with Cesar asks Carl to the roof to take down T-Bone Mendez's security in order to get access. Once the guards are down, Mendez and Ryder arrive to Pier 69. The two take down the Ballas in order to get to Mendez. Once the two get to Mendez, they kill him, but Ryder escape from the attack by swimming to a nearby island and steal a boat. Carl manages to steal a boat and pursuits Ryder. He manages to kill his former friend by putting his boat on fire and explodes.
