Pierre La Ponce is a character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Pierre La Ponce was voiced by Armando Riesco, who also voiced Officer Jimmy Hernandez in GTA San Andreas.
Pierre La Ponce is a (stereotypically dressed) French thief and courier hired by Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez to steal some guidance chips which contain secret information about French Missile Technology. Cortez later sends Tommy Vercetti to seal a deal with Pierre. The deal would see the sale of French military hardware to Colonel Cortez. The deal, however, is ambushed by the French SWAT (actually the DGSE, the French secret service) and Pierre escapes with the guidance chips, prompting Tommy to chase and kill him to collect the chips.
