Plaster Blaster is a mission in Grand Theft Auto III given to Claude by corrupt police officer Ray Machowski from a public bathroom in Belleville Park, Staunton Island. It is unlocked by the mission Gone Fishing.
Mission
Machowski is angry that Claude did not kill his partner successfully in the previous mission. He survived and is being transported in an Ambulance from the Carson General Hospital to the LCPD headquarters. Machowski instructs Claude to kill him. As Claude arrives to the hospital, the Ambulance heads out to its destination. Claude rams the Ambulance until Ray's partner bails out, in full armored and flame retardant body cast, falls out of the Ambulance. Claude eventually breaks the cast and kills him.
Script
Ray Machowski: You useless bastard! You totally messed up! My ass is on the line and you can't even kill a god damned fly. I paid you good money to kill that witness and he ain't dead! And today he's gonna make a Federal Deposition! He's being moved any second now from the Carson General Hospital up in Rockford. If he squeals, I squeal....
Reward
The reward for completing this mission is $10,000. The mission Marked Man is unlocked.
Tips
The easiest way is to use a bigfoot car (if you have store it for future use) to destroy the ambulance. Otherwise, it may be easier not to ram the ambulance, but use a minigun or grenades to blow it up. Then you run over the body.
