Post Op, like Alpha Mail, is a shipping company in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V. Though it is not featured in any missions, its trucks, which are mainly Bensons, can be found in many places across Liberty City, Alderney, Los Santos and Blaine County. The company has a depot located on Paleto Blvd in Paleto Bay, Blaine County.

• The name is a sly-reference to a post-operation transsexual, further evidenced by the slogan "No Longer Just Mail".
