Presidents City is a neighborhood in east Algonquin by the Humboldt River, bordering Lancet to the north by Jade St, Easton to the west by Albany Ave, and Lower Easton and Fishmarket North to the south by Garnet St. In addition, Colony Island directly linked to Presidents City via Leaper's Bridge (at Hermatite St-President Ave). Its proximity with Lower Easton and location relative to its real life counterpart in Manhattan, New York City, suggests the area, at least where its name is concerned, is based on Alphabet City.
