Pulling Favors is a mission in Grand Theft Auto V given to protagonist Franklin Clinton by Tonya Wiggins from outside a Liquor store on Forum Dr in Strawberry, Los Santos.
Mission
Tonya Wiggins, who spends her days outside the Liquor store, and calls Franklin over. Franklin notices that Tonya does not look so good and asks her about her boyfriend, JB Bradshaw, who is "smoking" while Tonya says that she has almost quit. Tonya explains that because of JB's actions they will lose their house and the business so Franklin should help, as he apparently promised. Franklin, knowing nothing of towing cars, protests but Tonya explains that it must be easy if JB can do it. The two head over to the LSPD Auto Impound at the Davis Police Station. The two get into JB's truck and are told about an abandoned car on San Andreas Ave by dispatch.
Tonya explains that they are filling in for JB and are told that the car had been there for days. On the way Franklin talks about not getting anything out of doing the job with Tonya telling him to move the seat back so she can 'pay' him. Franklin refuses and asks what happened to her. The two locate the car in Legion Square and hook the car, raising the car off the ground and driving back to the LSPD Auto Impound. She asks where Franklin has been having not seen him around with Franklin explaining that he does not want to be in Chamberlain Hills forever. The two arrive and lower the car off, unhooking it with Tonya exiting the tow truck.

Tonya Wiggins: Hey, Franklin, why don't you come over here and let me take care of that lonely ass?
(Franklin approaches Tonya)
Franklin Clinton: What the fuck is wrong with you, Tonya?
Tonya Wiggins: Ain't nothing wrong with me, nigga. Shit!
Franklin Clinton: Well, your ass don't look too good. Where the fuck is JB?
Tonya Wiggins: Smoking.
Franklin Clinton: And what about you?
Tonya Wiggins: I mean, y'know, I quit. Y'know what I'm sayin'? Almost...
Franklin Clinton: Yeah, whatever.
Tonya Wiggins: JB... look, JB gonna lose everything. He gonna lose the house, y'know what I'm sayin'? The business, everything and you his cousin, nigga. You said you was gonna help.
Franklin Clinton: He ain't my cousin.
Tonya Wiggins: Whatever, if that's how you feel...
Franklin Clinton: What the fuck do I know about towing cars?
Tonya Wiggins: Look, it's easy. If JB can do it, you can do it, for fuck's sake. Come on, I'ma show you. Come on. Shit.
Franklin Clinton: Alright then, shit.
Tonya Wiggins: Shit... I gotta show him everything.
(Franklin and Tonya begin heading to Franklin's vehicle)
Franklin Clinton: Hey, look, let's make this quick. I got shit to do.
Tonya Wiggins: Nigga, you need to slow it down. Tanisha was right.
(Franklin and Tonya get into/on to Franklin's vehicle)
Franklin Clinton: A'ight, shit, where we goin'?
Tonya Wiggins: Trucks at the Davis Sheriff impound.
Franklin Clinton: Oh, man. How did I get dragged into this?
Tonya Wiggins: We both know you always been sweet on me, shit, Franklin Clinton.
Franklin Clinton: Shit, your ass must be high or something.
Tonya Wiggins: I told you, I don't do that shit no more. I mean, I baby-dose now and again, just for the taste, but I'm doin' good, boo, your eyes don't lie.
Franklin Clinton: Whatever you say, girl. Come on.
(Franklin and Tonya arrive at the LSPD Auto Impound)
Tonya Wiggins: There's JB's truck. Let's go bring the cha-ching, homie.
(Franklin and Tonya get into JB's towtruck, and begin driving away)
Dispatch: Vehicle twenty-nine, come in, this is dispatch. We got an abandoned car on San Andreas Avenue.
Tonya Wiggins: Yo, we on that like ugly on your momma.
Dispatch: 10-9, come again. I didn't catch that.
Tonya Wiggins: It's Tonya, fool, and my boy Franklin. We fillin' in for JB.
Dispatch: Er, copy that. Hi, Tonya. Car's a junker, been there for days. 10-7. I'm gone.
Tonya Wiggins: A bucket. This one should be easy.
Franklin Clinton: Shit. Not easy enough for JB to drag his ass outta whatever crackhouse he's laying in.
Tonya Wiggins: His loss, your gain, sugar.
Franklin Clinton: Except I ain't gainin' shit. Sugar.
Tonya Wiggins: Move that seat back and you know I'll make it right for you.
Franklin Clinton: That ain't what I'm sayin'. Damn, Tonya, what the fuck happened to you?
(Franklin and Tonya drive to San Andreas Ave)
Tonya Wiggins: A'ight, baby, back it up nice and steady.
(Franklin hooks up the abandoned car)
Tonya Wiggins: Okay, we are in, baby. Let's get this back to the lot.
Franklin Clinton: Man, this was not how I saw my day going.
(Franklin begins driving back to the LSPD Auto Impound)
Tonya Wiggins: So I ain't seen you around the hood much?
Franklin Clinton: I been tryin' to branch out, can't stay in Chamberlain Hills forever.
Tonya Wiggins: Ooh, nigga got airs now. I remember you before you was a wannabe, when you just was.
Franklin Clinton: And I remember you and JB before y'all was dope heads. Shit changes.
Tonya Wiggins: You the one all turfed up. JB smokin', but he ain't smokin' homies. He out grindin', towin' cars, payin' bills.
Franklin Clinton: For real? 'Cause I could have sworn it was me out here towin' cars for him.
Tonya Wiggins: And lookin' damn fine doin' it too, baby.
(Franklin and Tonya arrive at the LSPD Auto Impound)
Tonya Wiggins: Okay, we make the drop where they got the areas marked. They get real finicky when we don't leave it in the right place.
(Franklin drives the Towtruck and car being towed into the marked zone)
Tonya Wiggins: Okay, boo, you can drop it right here.
(Franklin unhooks the car in the marked area)
Tonya Wiggins: I'll see you on the block. Anything you need, you holler at me.
(Tonya begins walking away)
Tonya Wiggins: Now where is that fool?
(Tonya phones JB)
Tonya Wiggins: Oh so now you wanna pick up? I got Franklin to do that job for you.

- Tonya becomes a contact for Franklin after the mission.
- After completing the mission Tonya can be seen standing in the LSPD Auto Impound parking lot talking to JB Bradshaw on the phone.
