The following is a walkthrough of the Puncture Wounds mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Walkthrough
Get in the modded car and follow the driver. You are given a total of three stingers to use. The driver occasionally drives frantically, so timing must be perfect. Drive quickly in front of the driver and as you are doing so, release one of the stinger traps. The driver flees, giving you the opportunity to steal the Stratum. Get out of the modded vehicle, and then Carl's phone will ring. Carl informs Cesar about what happened, and tells Cesar that he'll fix the Stratum. After an interesting cutscene, Carl would automatically be in the Stratum. Work your way back to the garage in Doherty. Mission is then passed, with the Wang Cars showroom now becoming an asset.
