Similar to The Lost and Damned's added radio content, The Ballad of Gay Tony, an episodic pack for Grand Theft Auto IV, adds over 40 music tracks for three existing stations, as well as additional segments for Integrity 2.0, new DJ banter for the updated stations and new advertisements.

The DLC-updated radio content also plays in the original game and The Lost and Damned if The Ballad of Gay Tony is installed, but ZiT cannot identify any of the new songs.

Vladivostok FM

Vladivostok FM, which traditionally hosts Eastern European music, is completely retooled into a house music-oriented station with a different DJ, DJ Paul Martin, a British DJ who spins live from Bahamas Mamas, replacing Ruslana.

Electro-Choc

Electro-Choc, which originally hosts electro house, is similarly modified into a nightclub-oriented station, centering more on fidget house and hip house and having its DJ switched from Francois K to the Maisonette 9-based Crookers.
