Redsands West is in Las Venturas, San Andreas. It appears in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is south of Prickle Pine, north of the Las Venturas Airport, east of Whitewood Estates, and west of Redsands East. The Harry Gold Parkway is the main freeway servicing the area.
Redsands West can be described as a residential, industrial and commercial district. It houses an abattoir, some stores, a casino and some homes, making it a pretty good place to live in.

- There is also a fire station between Redsands East and Redsands West.

- AK-47 - In a big lot behind surrounded by houses

- Flowers - In the front yard of a home near the Redsands West Safehouse
- Micro-SMG - Behind a trash container also near the safehouse
- Sawn-off Shotgun - Behind a trash can in a lot across the Xoomer Gas Station and the Las Venturas Bandits Stadium
- Shovel - Near the east dugout of the stadium
