Reg Smith and his brother Lenny are, in 1969/1961 (depending on which game is being played), are criminals in London who run their own crew in opposition to Albert and Archie Crisp. The Crisp twins, having lost patience with the Smith brothers, have the protagonist use and then kill Reg to locate his brother Lenny, who is then killed.
