San Andreas contains two Restricted Military Areas. These are the top secret government research base at Area 69, and the Easter Basin Naval Station.

Easter Basin Naval Station is a navy dock. On its aircraft carrier is a Hydra jet. A random civilian vehicle spawns in one of the parking spaces, and an army Barracks OL truck on the opposite side. Near these is a Reefer boat. Inside one of the three submarine pens in the base is a Launch military boat.
