Rigged to Blow is a mission in Grand Theft Auto IV, and the final mission given to protagonist Niko Bellic by Russian Mafia leader Mikhail Faustin from his house on Shinnecock Ave in Beachgate, Broker, Liberty City.

Mission
Niko arrives to Mikhail's house but his wife Ilyena Faustin answered the door. She invites him in and serves him tea from a rustic-looking tea dispenser on their dining table, and tells Niko that Mikhail yells at her for using it, because he thinks it makes them look like "barbarians". Niko and Ilyena talks about back in the days when Mikhail was a good person and when Niko was at war. As the conversation goes on, Ilyena asks Niko if he is concerned for his soul, and Niko vents that he saw soldiers tactfully kill an entire school full of innocent children during the war, and realized that the soldier didn't have a soul (perhaps alluding to Niko not believing in souls). Mikhail and Dimitri Rascalov enter. Mikhail first knocks over the tea dispenser in a fit of rage and yells at his wife, causing her to cry. Mikhail tells Niko that he wants "some prick who owes me money" to be taught a lesson for not paying up his debt but Dimitri wants to get his money instead. Dimitri wants Mikhail to calm down so that they won't be in more trouble with Kenny Petrovic. Mikhail is angered by Dimitri's insistance that Mikhail is wrong and orders him to get out. Mikhail wants Niko to pick up a truck parked on Montauk Avenue in Schottler. When Niko arrives to the truck, he calls Mikhail asking what to do next. Mikhail wants Niko to drive the truck to a garage in Chase Point and informs Niko to drive carefully because there are explosives in the truck (if the player crashes or ram into something a few times, the truck explodes, failing the mission. And also, the truck is quite slow). Niko is surprised at this and drives carefully to the garage. He armed the bomb in the truck and runs out, blowing up the entire garage. Niko runs away from the scene and calls Mikhail, telling him not to "pull that shit on me again." Mikhail expresses how he thought Niko was tougher than this and insults Niko, stating that he is as weak as Dimitri.

When you arrive at the house, Mikhail isn’t there, but his wife Ilyena is. She invites Niko in for some tea, then Mikhail and Dimitri arrive and gives you the mission. There is a truck sitting about midway up the island that needs delivering to a garage in Bohan.

(Words in Italic mean speak in Russian.)

Niko heads to the location, but then Faustin reveals that the truck is a bomb, packed solid with high-yield very sensitive explosives. Niko must drive the truck to the garage without colliding much, as the bomb will go off. There is a light on the back of the truck that indicates when the explosive is becoming unstable, followed by a speeding-up beep.
Niko Bellic: Hello.

It is best to take your time, and drive sensibly. Because of the trucks weight it's very slow so you don't need to worry about speed however it's brakes are poor and the steering angle is too wide.  Most of the streets you drive through are wide and nearly empty of traffic (although the time of day can be an important factor here). Using the horn can also move other vehicles out of the way. Since the truck is so large, it may be easier to put the camera at a slightly higher elevation than normal, so you can see what’s directly in front of you. Paying attention to traffic lights will prevent most collisions at junctions. Stop to pay the toll, even if you don't usually.
Ilyena Faustin: Hello.

Roman should call you as you’re crossing into Bohan, but Niko will respond automatically, so just focus on driving. You’ll have to make a sharp turn when you get off the Charge Island Bridge, so be ready for that. The sidewalk here is wide, thankfully, you shouldn’t have too much trouble if you take it one move at a time. After the hairpin turn, you should only have to make two right turns (note the Residents Only Parking spot here) to reach the garage, then a left to turn into it.
Niko Bellic: Is Mikhail home?

Arm the bomb, then let Niko make a run for it. Watch the explosions in the cutscene, and keep an eye out for a getaway vehicle. Get in a nearby car and leave before the police arrive.
Ilyena Faustin: No. He's out.

Niko calls Mikhail to complain about being conned - he calls you coward but you’ll still get the reward cash.
Niko Bellic: Okay. Should I wait outside?
After this expect a message from Dimitri to meet up with him at the Firefly Boardwalk to "talk" with him.
So why did that mission take place, anyhow? Well, if you stick around shortly after the blast, some unnamed and unseen guy will exchange lines with a “Kenny” as to how they’re ruined, and no way could this have been an accident. Kenny, as in Kenny Petrovic?

Ilyena Faustin: No, no, come in.
Niko Bellic: Oh, thank you.
Ilyena Faustin: You're welcome. Sit down.
Niko Bellic: Thank you.
Ilyena Faustin: You want some tea?
Niko Bellic: Sure.
Ilyena Faustin: Mikhail doesn't let me use this anymore, says it makes us look like barbarians. Uncivilized. Like immigrants.
Niko Bellic: Oh yeah?
Ilyena Faustin: I know what you're thinking, it is a bit funny coming from him! He did not used to be like this. When we were young, at home, he was beautiful. He was happy... he made me happy. But um... then something changed... years ago. I never quite knew what it was. So many years I wondered what it was. Or what was wrong with me, that I did not see it in him, or... I changed him.
Niko Bellic: Life is complicated. I... I never thought I'd live like this.
Ilyena Faustin: No?
Niko Bellic: When the war came, I did bad things. And after the war, I thought nothing of doing bad things. I killed people, smuggled people, sold people.
Ilyena Faustin: And you don't worry about your soul?
Niko Bellic: After you walk into a village and you see fifty children all sitting neatly in a row along the church wall, each with their throats cut and their hands chopped off, you realise the creature that could do this doesn't have a soul.
Ilyena Faustin: God is very complicated. You mustn't give up hope...
Niko Bellic: Well I don't know about that.
(Dimitri and Faustin walk in)
Dimitri: Hello, Ilyena.
Ilyena: Hello.
Mikhail: What is that? I tell you one thing and you ignore me! (He throws the canister to the floor) You stupid bitch!
(Ilyena runs off crying)
Mikhail: Niko Bellic, baby...good to see you.
Niko: Yeah, you too. What did you want?
Faustin: I want you to teach people to listen to me.
Dimitri: You want him to get us the money.
Mikhail: Fuck the money.
Dimitri: Mikhail, please calm down. We're already in a lot of trouble. I don't know if I can smooth things over with Petrovic.
Mikhail: Fuck him, and fuck you. Who are you? My daddy? Get the fuck out of my house.
Dimitri: Mikhail!...
Mikhail: Get out!
(Dimitri walks out)
Niko: So...what do you want?
Mikhail: This prick who owes me money owns a garage in Chase Point. I want you to pick up a truck and take it to him. Call me when you get to the truck. It's in Schottler on Montauk Avenue. Go. Get out of here.
(Niko leaves and drives over to where the truck is. He gets in and calls Faustin)
Niko: Mr. Faustin, I have the truck.
Mikhail: Drive it over to the garage on the corner of Guantanamo and Windmill. Park up inside.
Niko: Sure. What am I delivering?
Mikhail: When it's inside, trigger the explosive. Should blow up good. Maybe you be careful when you drive over. Is pretty volatile stuff.
Niko: Explosive? What the fuck?
