Roca Escalante is one of Las Venturas' many districts, housing several restaurants and casinos such as the V-Rock Hotel and Casino, based on the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. This district is also where the Las Venturas Police Department (LVPD) are headquartered. To the left of Roca Escalante is The Emerald Isle casino found north of The Strip. To the east are the Julius Thruway East and the district of Creek. To the north, meanwhile, are Spinybed, Prickle Pine and K.A.C.C. Military Fuels.
