Rub Out is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City where protagonist Tommy Vercetti is the mission's boss.

Brief
Now that Ricardo Diaz knows you're backstabbers, you'll have to break into his house and kill him, before he and his men kill you...
The Mission
Meet Lance Vance at the bridge of Starfish Island and then he'll give you an M4 Carbine to start your shootout. Walk into Diaz's mansion and kill the guards in the side garden, then move to the back garden and to the indoor pool area.
Next, walk in through the entrance hallway, you'll be inside Diaz's Mansion. Kill the guards on the basement, then kill the ones on the staircase, then walk into the main hall. Diaz, who saw you get in through the security monitors in his office, enters the hall, wielding an Uzi 9mm and starts shooting at you. Kill all of Diaz's guards, then attack Diaz, he'll run into his office, follow him and finish him in there. A 2 star wanted level wil be present, but you don't have to worry about that, once you get inside the back of his mansion.
In a cutscene, Diaz will crawl out of his office, cursing everybody, as you and Lance approach him, he'll claim that he trusted you (Tommy Vercetti) and that he was gonna have you made, Tommy ignores this and then shoots Diaz in the face along with Lance Vance, killing him. Diaz's mansion is now claimed by Tommy as his own.
Script
Lance Vance: I got us some cannons in the trunk.
(Lance opens his car's trunk.)
Tommy Vercetti: Holy shit! Where'd you get all this stuff!?
Lance Vance: Been saving it for a rainy day. You like?
(Tommy and Lance pull out some M4 Carbines from the trunk.)
Tommy Vercetti: Yeah, I like.
(Tommy and Lance enter Diaz's Mansion)
Tommy Vercetti: This place is gonna be crawling with assholes...be careful...
Lance Vance: Don't worry, Tommy. I'll cover you. This way!
(Tommy and Lance fight their way to the main hall in Diaz's mansion, where they meet Ricardo Diaz)
Tommy Vercetti: DIAZ?! I've come to take over your business!
Ricardo Diaz: TOMMY! You betrayed me, you idiot! I'm gonna kill you real soon!
(Tommy and Lance shoot past Diaz's guards and shoot Diaz in his office)
Ricardo Diaz: You stupid pricks...my beautiful house...look what you've done to it!
Lance Vance: This is for my brother!
(Lance kicks Diaz onto his chest and then aims his gun at him, so does Tommy.)
Ricardo Diaz: I trusted you, Tommy. I woulda had you made...
(Tommy looks at Lance doubtfully but then aims his gun at Diaz yet again.)
Lance Vance: Say goodnight, Mr. Diaz!
(Tommy and Lance shoot Diaz in the face.)
