Samuel L. Jackson
Samuel Leroy Jackson (born December 21, 1948 in Washington, District of Columbia) is an American actor who voiced Los Santos Police Department officer Frank Tenpenny. He has also appeared in such films as Jungle Fever and Pulp Fiction.
