Character history
Seymour Reamer is, in 1997, a criminal residing in Guernsey City, Liberty City. During one mission he has the protagonist helps him escape in a Beast GTS. The protagonist later meets Reamer again attempting to deliver a drugs laden car to his garage from Sonetti. Reamer refuses and, after a car explosion forces him to flee his house, is killed by the protagonist.
