Sir, Yes, Sir! is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti by retired army colonel Juan Cortez from his yacht docked in the Ocean Bay Marina in Ocean Beach, Vice City.

Mission

Colonel Cortez, after calling Tommy back to his ship, tells him that he has a certain buyer who wants a piece of "military hardware", which is currently being taken with a military convoy from the north of Little Haiti to the military garage in Viceport. Colonel Cortez wants Tommy to steal it and take it to his lock-up in Little Havana for him to collect and then sell. Tommy drives to the convoy and steals the tank. He then drives it to the lock-up before it self destructs, while at the same time avoiding attacks from both the remaining army soldiers and the police.

This phone call may instead be triggered after completion of the mission Supply & Demand, depending on which mission is completed last

Kent Paul: Awright me ol'china! It's Paul. I might have a little result for you, but I need to speak to you in person. I'm enjoying a little R&R at the Club Malibu. Reckon you're gonna owe me a favor or two after this, sunshine. I'll see you later.

Reward

The reward for completing the mission is $2,000. The mission Death Row for Kent Paul is unlocked, if the mission Supply & Demand has also been completed.

Trivia

Once entering the tank, security protocol Delta India Echo is triggered. In the military phonetic alphabet Delta India Echo spells DIE. The protocol self-destructs the stolen tank after a short amount of time, killing the operator.
The three star wanted level obtained in this mission when stealing the Rhino Tank is permanent, until the player delivers the tank to the garage. It cannot be reduced even with the use of cheats or by collecting police bribes.
