The Skimmer is a seaplane based on the Dodo design. It first appeared on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, being the only flyable plane in the game. - By a jetty in Downtown behind The Greasy Chopper.
- To the east of the lighthouse in Ocean Beach. Available on the PlayStation 2 version only.
