Skimmer
The Skimmer is a seaplane based on the Dodo design. It first appeared on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City being the only flyable plane on the game. The plane has made a comeback on San Andreas and Vice City Stories. It is probably the worst plane on the game, having the tendency to stall very much (although experienced players can easily master the Skimmer, thus causing it not to stall much). On Vice City it is good, but also as the only plane there is nothing to compare it to. On the PS2 version of San Andreas the plane has a problem with the propeller, at some times they look like large machettes spinning around. This is useful to land on water to park and then get out, but it can also land on streets, much like in Vice City, except that if you get out of the plane, you could drown easily, thus dying (in Vice City).
