The Skyway Diner (actually not named in-game) is located on Emery St. & Mandrel Rd. in Tudor, Alderney. The diner serves as being the headquarters for the Angels of Death's Tudor chapter. In 2008, Johnny Klebitz and Jim Fitzgerald of The Lost Brotherhood stole some of the A.O.D.'s bikes that were parked around the diner.
