Victor Vance wearing the Smart Suit in GTA Vice City Stories.

The Smart Suit is an unlockable outfit in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories for protagonist Victor Vance.

Description

The Smart Suit is fashioned as an expensive three-piece suit consisting of a light blue jacket with a dark blue pocket square and matching pants, a dark blue undershirt, and black dress shoes.

Although the Smart Suit is similar to the Pastel Suit, there are several minor differences: In addition to the colors, the Smart Suit's jacket is buttoned up, two-breasted and features several visible pockets while the Pastel Suit's jacket is unbuttoned, one-breasted and lacks visible pockets; the tips of the Smart Suit's undershirt collar is also notably smaller than those on the Pastel Suit.

The outfit is added to the player's wardrobe after completing all Empire Building-type missions, which are only unlocked following "To Victor, the Spoils". Under normal circumstances, however, the player will initially only have access to three of six empire sites, until they unlock Vice City Beach after "From Zero to Hero" to perform and complete all empire building missions.

Like other clothes in the game, changing into the outfit will remove up to a two star wanted level.

Trivia

  • The suit is intentionally designed to mimic open-buttoned two-breasted-styled suits popular during the 1980s, such as those seen in Scarface.
