Spand Express
Spand Express is a small delivery/courier company located in Washington Beach, Vice City. Its depot is located next to Avery Carrington's construction site. The uniform for the Spand Expressworkers are Coverallsand their official truck is the Spand Express truck.In the mission Riot, Tommy Vercetti goes to the Spand Express Depot and starts a riot among the striking workers, then destroys the Spand Express trucks in the compound. After that mission, it is assumed Spand Express got dispanded as none of they workers and/or their trucks are ever seen again.
