Sprunk is an explosive re-energizing soft drink in the Grand Theft Auto World.
Description
Sprunk is a carbonated lemon lime beverage claimed in a GTA San Andreas radio advertising to contain "10 times the caffeine and sugar", mixed with mercury, ether and benzine, and packaged in fragmentation grenade-shaped cans. The Sprunk logo and color scheme are a caricature of Sprite and the slang term for semen: "spunk". A Sprunk factory can be found in Montgomery, San Andreas. There is also a Sprunk advertising board in Los Santos, which CJ crashes a car into during an early mission (Reuniting the Families), the catch phrase on the board originally said "A Taste of Things to Come", but after the crash, only the words "A Taste of Come" are left, referring to the word "cum" (ejaculation - semen). Although even when "Reuniting With The Families" mission is not activated, a billboard piece can still be destroyed by any kind of weapons.
There are also Sprunk vending machines throughout Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and GTA IV, from which you can buy a can for $1 and replenishes health, then after the protagonist will just chuck the can on the ground, you can pick the can up and throw the can at a pedestrian. Sprunk can be brought from vending machines, and also in mini souvenirs shops in Star Junction that can be bought in a bottle, cans and advertisements have also been featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Manhunt and Manhunt 2. In Grand Theft Auto IV, 2008, a Sprunk factory can be found in Tudor, Alderney. The player can also download a Sprunk theme for their phone via Vipluxuryringtones.com. The Sprunk logo can be found on some Benson trucks in GTA IV.
In GTA IV, Sprunk is a sponsor of the Venturas Poker Challenge on Weazel and an extreme base jumping competition on CNT in The Ballad of Gay Tony where 16 contestants go head to head and race to basejump off of certain buildings in Liberty City.
In Chinatown Wars, several billboards for Sprunk can be seen and it is also one of the three choosable skins for your pda.
