Following "The Holland Play", Niko will receive a text message from Brucie's friend Stevie. He needs some cars (30 total) that Niko will need to find across Liberty City. It is similar to the Brucie side-mission Exotic Exports, except here the cars are parked and are not indicated on the map.
If you find the right car or motorcycle, you'll get a pop-up message that you've found the one Stevie is looking for. You'll then need to drive the car to his garage in Bohan. The condition of the car will determine how much money you'll receive.
