T&A Men is a clothing store in Vice City in 1984. The two-storey store is located in the North Point Mall, Vice Point, where shoppers can be seen carrying T&A bags. However, the player cannot purchase anything from the store. The name is a play on the international chain of clothing stores, C&A.
