69?

I think R* is WAAY too obsessed with the "69" thing. What's wrong with other numbers (e.g. 66, 96, 38, 57, 48)? I think they're having a 69 inducing eagerness, plus I think they are saying "Oohhh let's put 69! in there! Wee lovvess 69!!" 69 this, 69 that. Either R* has gotten insane about the "#69" or maybe its because they think 69 is their favorite number. Captain Seven-Twenty 21:16, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

A "69" is a very crude sexual position as I'm sure you know. It's just one of the many sexual innuendos in the game, I think they just like to stress the fact that they are pushing the game to its limits in terms of being rebellious, especially to the people that give the games ratings. Yep. I have to agree with you. Captain Seven-Twenty 22:21, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

It's just the number they use when they need a random number. Like in movies and on TV, US phone numbers all start with 555, since that is just tradition for a made-up number (so much so that the 555 area code is reserved for this purpose and doesnt actually exist). Instead of making up random different numbers every time (being realistic), they just use 69 for the hell of it. The only time I have a problem is when they conflict. For example, both runways have the ID 69 (which defeats the purpose of having a number on it), all fire engines/ambulances are #69 or whatever. In situations like that, it would be better to differentiate between them. Gboyers talk 12:50, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
They probably just do it to piss off Jack Thompson. --Crowbar, resident grammar ninja 04:19, September 5, 2010 (UTC)

The Bloodring Banger

Aside from probably being it's own sexual reference, we should note other numbers are on the car when it spawns. It's random

This article is dedicated to the number 69. Other numbers can just be included in the Bloodring Banger article.--Spaceeinstein 00:12, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
