Lil' Probe Inn pictures

The article says: "...e.g. one has got Orthodox church domes on it - it suggests that the picture was taken in real-life city of Moscow". Where is it? I can't find any such photo among those on the walls. VTOL 10:31, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

There is one, look really close, it is of bad quality.

I also think mention should be made that the map is actually a BETA map of San Andreas. (Compare to normal SA map, you'll see massive differences in land forms) Also, this article is EXTREMELY poorly written, and i wouldn't trust myself to re-write the whole thing, so i'd suggest somebody re-writes it... Sorry, i'm not lazy, just new haha.

I trust that you can edit this article. Everyone is encouraged to improve this site. Just be on topic and be clear on what you are writing. If there are incorrect or poorly written statements, other people can always improve on your work.--Spaceeinstein 16:59, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
Ok, i'll try my best at giving it a shot (if that makes sense).Ess-Tee 05:44, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
This should merge/move with/to Aliens. Armachedes 15:57, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

Possible Merge

Couldn't this article just be merged with Myths in GTA San Andreas. The vast majority of the information in this article is just assumtions/speculation (unsurprising really), and to be honest, even if you include all the deliberate hints at UFOs/aliens in the game (such as the CIA agents, The Truth's comments, the mission Green Goo etc), this whole article could easily be condensed into one or two paragraphs. However, there is the issue with the images - several of them are somewhat relevant to the subject, but perhaps they could just be included in a gallery under the title "UFOs", and the other myths can have their own section of the gallery.

Also, when you consider that there are only three "major" wide-spread myths in GTA SA based on ingame "evidence" (Bigfoot, Leatherface and the UFOs), they could all easily be detailed in the same article. I guess you could include the Epsilon Program as a myth as well, although that is slightly different. Thoughts? - Hardrock182 15:44, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

UFOs are mentioned in the game so the article could be on its own. Try removing all unrelated and unnecessary contents here and see if it does shrink into one or two paragraphs. I want Bigfoot and Leatherface merged with the main myths article more than this one.--Spaceeinstein 19:27, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

Sighting

I was on the GTA SA game about 3 days ago at Unity Station and I saw something fall from the sky. It was going so fast! I am not making this up because I think making things up is kind of lame (not to offend people). It was at night and I was waiting for my recruit member to catch up with me and it looked like a pedestrian falling from the sky. But it seemed different and was a little bit bigger and had a tail stream light. Was it a UFO or a Meteor or... --Khan1998stevewhite 18:03, 6 January 2011 (UTC)

Article rename

I'm suggesting a move to "Extraterrestrial". This article has expanded a lot to include all mentions of extraterrestrial elements within the game, so it makes sense to rename the article.--spaceeinstein 03:54, 11 November 2011 (UTC)

I would agree, though I think "Aliens" might be a better than "Extraterrestrial" due to it being shorter, easier to spell, and more widely used. Ghost Leader (talk|edits) 22:03, 23 February 2014 (GMT)

DNMOLC1

I really don't think there is enough to go on in this section. All the "info" that hints he might be an alien is purely based on interpretation, and has little to back it up. Has it ever occurred to anyone that quotes like "You are a genius civilization" and "you are poised for extinction" could just be the old Indian referring to the "new" ways of modern America? This would tie in with his other quotes like "We must take care of mother earth." Maybe he's just a traditionalist who thinks that the way society is handling the earth is bad and will soon lead to extinction (global warming, anyone?).

From what I can see, the only real "evidence" anyone has about this guy being an ET is the fact that he says "Is this mating?" and "I will spill your fluids", and that he sometimes appears around Area 53. However, I have two counterarguments to this:

1. The "Is this mating?" quote could just be the guy making a snide remark about how someone bumped in to him. He would be using the term "mating" to be insulting them in some way, for example calling them an animal because of their ignorance of common courtesy.

2. There are plenty of other desert peds that also appear near Area 53. Are we going to assume that every one of them is an alien too, just because they can be seen walking near there?

In summary, I think the section on this guy is a bit too much of a stretch, and unless someone has some good solid evidence to back up all the loose claims of him being an alien, I would vote to remove it.

UFO in Vice City?

Hey everybody.

Today, my friend sent me something interesting. He told me that while playing GTA Vice City, he was repeatedly dying on purpose, and messing around, and then he told me when he got 6 stars, he spotted a UFO in Vice City. He said he doesn't really know exactly where it is and since I haven't played vice city in like 5 years I'm not sure where it is either. But I think it's somewhere in prawn island, I don't really know. There is a movie icon on the radar if that helps. Do you guys think this is a mod or legit? It's an old movie prop located at the film studio. Andreaz1 (talk|edits) 19:14, 25 November 2012 (UTC)

Regarding GTA V...

Seeing as GTA V has actual UFOs in it, how should we handle this page? Should the current information be moved to an "Aliens in GTA San Andreas" page, with the information about GTA V's UFOs going on this page? Or should there be a "UFOs in GTA V" page, with this page being a disambiguation? Or should both games be covered on the same page? --Bluesboyjr (talk|edits) 22:22, 23 April 2014 (BST)

I personally think that this page should stay separate, it has a lot of information already, and the UFOs in the HD Universe may be expanded on in future DLC so there's no telling how much information we'll gain in regards to that. I think we should make a separate page for UFOs in GTA V, perhaps UFOs in GTA V, UFOs in GTA V Era or UFOs in HD Universe. Or we can sum up UFOs AND Aliens into one article like, Extraterrestrial Life in GTA V or Aliens in GTA V Which do you think would be more suitable? Grand Theft AJ (talk|edits) 04:27, 24 April 2014 (BST)
I'd suggest a UFOs in GTA V page that just covers the four UFOs that can be found in-game - their locations, descriptions etc. If someone feels like it would be necessary, there can be a more speculative page (like this one) that can cover the topic of aliens as a whole (Aliens in GTA V). The only 'confirmed' alien in the game that isn't a hallucination or a Vinewood actor is the frozen easter egg in North Yankton - the UFOs have FIB markings, and their exact origins are entirely unknown - so it would be a lot of speculation. I'll go ahead and make the UFOs in GTA V page, and a moderator can move this page to Aliens in GTA San Andreas, leaving UFOs as a disambig page, and if someone wants to write the Aliens in GTA V page, they can. I think that would be the best idea, say if you have any problems. --Bluesboyjr (talk|edits) 20:18, 25 April 2014 (BST)
I completely agree, we can change things around regarding how the alien and UFO stuff progresses in the series, but for now this seems like the best option. I'm very curious and hoping to get some explanations regarding the UFOs in future DLC. Grand Theft AJ (talk|edits) 23:11, 25 April 2014 (BST)
