Tourists Mode

Niko Bellic can use the expressway after the tourist mode is unlocked. What tourist mode, what are you talking about? I assume you mean terrorists, but Broker and Dukes are connected, have no bridges, and as a result Dukes is never locked to the player. Biggest GTA Fan Ever^Talk 06:38, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

I'm assuming he's referring to the first mission when Roman provides a "tour" of his cab depot, Hove Beach and his apartment. - ZS 20:26, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
