In that mission entitled "Papi don't Screech" from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Mr. Robina mentioned that he hadn't opened cafe late for 30 years (this mission requires you to take him to his cafe before 4 AM, I believe), so that would put it at around 1954, give or take. Maybe I recalled conversation wrong though, but my guts tells me otherwise. *shrugs* --[[User:Chief of Staff|Legion]] 19:48, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

Cafe actually opened in 1984?

In that mission entitled "Papi don't Screech" from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Mr. Robina mentioned that he hadn't opened cafe late for 30 years (this mission requires you to take him to his cafe before 4 AM, I believe), so that would put it at around 1954, give or take. Maybe I recalled conversation wrong though, but my guts tells me otherwise. *shrugs* --Legion 19:48, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
