Where in the game is it stated that Davis is supposed to be a separate city? I don't recall this at all. The "Davis Police Station" is only titled so because it is a LSPD Police Station that's in the Davis area. A lot of Police Stations are named for the area they reside in. However if someone has any evidence to back this up I'll leave the page alone.
