:This page was created when the first trailer was released, long before we knew about other animals appearing in the game. We don't yet know how important dogs are to the game relative to other animals, so for now I would create Animals in GTA V which could describe the background about animals, and have a 'Dogs' section which links back here using main. This is because I suspect that dogs will largely important to the gameplay, being utilised in missions. We don't yet have any evidence that other animals will be as important. When the game is released and we know all this for sure, we can rearrange the content as necessary. Thoughts?

::That's a fair point. Of the other animals we know about, it seems sharks may be the second most important, but they already have their own page because they've rumored to appear in previous games. It would be fair enough to link to their page in the same manner as the dogs. -IanPhoenix (talk|edits) 23:54, 2 January 2013 (UTC)

Given that several species of animals are slated to appear in GTA V, shouldn't we have a page for all animal life rather than just dogs? Or are dogs a big enough of a factor that they should have their own page? -IanPhoenix (talk|edits)

This page was created when the first trailer was released, long before we knew about other animals appearing in the game. Thoughts? JFletcherTalk (formerly User:Biggest gta fan ever) 23:42, 2 January 2013 (UTC)
That's a fair point.
