The manufacturer, Willard is associated with the car but the Emperor manufacturer has no relation with the car (which is manufactured by Albany). And we need to get rid of one page on the car either this one or the other (Emperor) its too redundant. Thescarydude 11:24, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

Oh right, I see, I never realised there were 2 pages the same, lol. Well, I guess it would make sense to keep Emperor isntead of this page, as the car is a more prominent 'item' in the series than the manufacturer is. However, Emperor (car) helps keep the difference between the car and the manufacturer clear - a disambig would solve that though. So, to be honest, it would probably just be better to keep Emperor. Hope my wording isn't to confusing. Hardrock182 14:39, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

Ok. Let's see if these work. You can disambugate them both. it won't be confused to us, of course. To newcomers, they'll get easily confused, at first. Captain Seven-Twenty 18:45, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

I don't think this page is necessary.

The car existed before the manufacturer came out, so I think we should use the Emperor's page instead.

So you want everyone else to become completely confused and that everyone will think that the Emperor is both a car and a manufacturer? it's like playing riddles by a guard, who won't let you pass until you answer his riddle question. Captain Seven-Twenty 00:23, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

Well, personally, I think it would keep things neat & tidy if the pages were merged - considering the Willard had the same car vs. manufacturer problem. Hardrock182 03:48, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

The manufacturer, Willard is associated with the car but the Emperor manufacturer has no relation with the car (which is manufactured by Albany). And we need to get rid of one page on the car either this one or the other (Emperor) its too redundant. Is it really confusing? If it is, should we also make a Dukes (borough) page? This discussion was 3 years ago, but the page has now been moved from "Emperor (car)" to Emperor. This is because the vehicle is more important to players and users of this site than the manufacturer. The message at the top makes it clear for anyone who is confused, and any pages that want to link to the manufacturer should do so directly. gboyers talk 04:49, 6 August 2011 (BST)
