Not knowing the name of the American ''Mr Softee'' name, my bother and I have always assumed that ''Mr Whoopee'' is a reference to ''Mr Whippy'', which is the name of an ice cream truck company in Australia, and after a quick Google search, I discovered that a similarly named company exists in the UK. Is this possible at all? Though the double ''ee'' on the end makes it look like it could be from ''Softee'', and it IS set in the US. Perhaps it could be a combination of the two? GTA IV

I don't get it, has it been discovered theres a Mr. Whoopee parked in GTA IV? I thought the Mr. Tasty is the GTA IV Era equivalent of the Mr. Whoopee. SuperTron500 talk

Yes, there is no Mr. Whoopee in GTA IV.--Thescarydude 18:47, September 14, 2009 (UTC)
I could be wrong, but i'm assuming the Mr. Whoopee was replaced due to Rockstar's devotion to making GTA IV more realistic. SuperTron500 talk 19:39, September 14, 2009 (UTC)
