Where does this building's name come from? The Taxi Driver side mission? - ZS 18:56, 16 July 2011 (BST)

Seems to be made up. There's no evidence of it being named within the game. Model and texture names in VC do suggest it's a hotel.--spaceeinstein 03:37, 17 July 2011 (BST)
The original writer implies this name comes from GTAVCS, but I'm not very well informed about that game. I'm going to message him personally. - ZS 17:58, 17 July 2011 (BST)

The name, I obtained from the next articles:

  • [1] in the Spanish Grand Theft Auto Wiki
  • [2] in the German Grand Theft Auto Wiki.

The name probably put it to mean that the hotel is located on the oceanfront, as indicated, but not by name since it has not.- Nodnarb24 17 July 2011 (BST)

It's times like this that I wish we never have to capitalize article titles all the time. Anyway, the best course of action at the moment would be to rename it by its internal name in GTAVC, but I don't want this to be a precedence to create articles for every building in every game; there really is no necessity for that (what with more important articles requiring more attention). - ZS 03:22, 18 July 2011 (BST)
