Can this page be moved to "Philips van der Philip"? If he is really Dutch, then that would be the correct name. However, the name is as fake as what... I guess R* was lazy when it came to searching for a Dutch name. Philip is only used as the first name (and it is also my first name :P).

On the Randolf Art Center website, his name is all capitalized. I think we should follow how the game does it instead of following real life.--Spaceeinstein 19:48, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
