People are confusing Sammy Bottino with Sammy Gravano that's the only reason I can think of about why he got that nickname of the Users of this site. I also believe that if the next GTA game is set in modern Vice City then Sammy Bottino could be the new player. I also believe that Sammy Bottino could be the next gambetti boss.
