There are no differences as far as I'm concerned. GTA LCS and VCS followed exactly the same routine as GTA Vice City, once a mission is failed, a taxi spawns giving the player an option to either ride the taxi back to the marker which activates the mission or walk away. The only differences they could be referring to are graphical or mechanical changes, which does not need to be mentioned anyway. - Montario 14:18, 13 August 2011 (BST)
What was supposed to be conveyed is that there are in fact very few changes seen in the feature in these games, if none at at all. - ZS 09:38, 14 August 2011 (BST)
