Manual Aim Improvement

Im not sure if it is right to add a section saying how much manual aim has improved since Vice City, as VC is the most recent GTA game i have played i am completely useless with the VC manual aim which is what the useful weapons in the game use only and i constantly die in the misions. Anyway... Is this information relevant on this page? Raggi Boy
