Summary

This pack of DLC was announced with Grand Theft Auto IV, and mostly unknown at the time, The Lost and Damned. The name has not been announced, but will bare the Grand Theft Auto IV title as the previous DLC has. The story will take place during the same time as Grand Theft Auto IV and The Lost and Damned timeline, and will explain many unknown events shown in both games.

The name for the DLC has not been announced, but is expected to share a similar name to The Lost and Damned.

The DLC, like The Lost and Damned, will feature a new protagonist, new combat system add-ons, missions, side-missions, and vehicles. The release date is currently unknown, but as stated by Rockstar, the developers hope to release this DLC before Halloween.

Trivia

  • The protagonist for this DLC is currently unknown, but has been predicted to be Luis Fernando Lopez by the GTA community. This is due to his mysterious appearances in GTA IV and The Lost and Damned.

He is first seen in the Bank of Liberty during the mission Three Leaf Clover as a hostage. He is seen later stealing diamonds from Niko Bellic and Johnny Klebitz, both protagonists of GTA IV and The Lost and Damned, respectively in the mission Museum Piece. He is seen a third time in the mission Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend, as he negotiates with the man he is hired to protect, Tony Prince, to retrieve hostage Gracie Ancelleoti from Niko Bellic and Patrick McReary. He appears in The Lost and Damned twice. He is first featured when The Lost Brotherhood robs the same diamonds he stole in GTA IV from him and Tony Prince, who were just purchasing the diamonds in the mission Diamonds In The Rough. He also appears in the mission Collector's Item, Johnny Klebitz' viewpoint of the mission Museum Piece. Upon completion of the Museum Piece mission, an XBOX Achievement/PS3 Trophy named "Impossible Trinity" is awarded, and at first is cryptic, but is later translated to three characters have been brought together by impossible events. More proof is Mario D'Leon, the man who voiced Luis, helped to create player animations for Niko Bellic and Johnny Klebitz, both of which have also been done by Micheal Hollick and Scott Hill, who play the two protagonists respectively. During the credits of The Lost and Damned, the mission Museum Piece/Collector's Item is displayed showing Johnny Klebitz escaping out of the North end of the building, fighting Ray Boccino's men, Niko Bellic escaping through the West end, while fighting the Ancelleoti family's henchmen, and later cuts to the roof of the museum, where Luis is shown firing into a skylight, thus making a triangle. Luis also has a unique appearance, and many noticeable features can be seen on him that make him more unique, something shared by Johnny Klebitz during GTA IV. Also during the mission Diamonds In The Rough, all the bikers Johnny Klebitz sent after Luis and Tony Prince were killed, further leading to more proof of Luis being the next protagonist.

  • Is believed to be going to cost 1600 Microsoft Points, like the previous DLC.
  • Niko Bellic and Johnny Klebitz will both be featured as minor characters to encounter.
