The Big Score is a mission in Grand Theft Auto Advance, given to protagonist Mike by Uptown Yardies leader King Courtney from the a jetty in Newport on Staunton Island, Liberty City.
Mission
King Courtney informs Mike that Cisco, the leader of the Colombian Cartel, was behind the deaths of Vinnie and Jonnie. Mike is unsure, thinking that King Courtney is only using Mike's anger to win the turf war between the Cartel and Yardies. Mike decides to believe King Courtney and drives to a meeting of high ranking Cartel members, killing everybody there. King Courtney, however, informs Mike that they were only Cisco's lieutenants, and that Cisco will have to wait for another day.
Script
King Courtney: Okay, Mike. I have what you're looking for. It's Cisco, the head of the Cartel - a bad character. He set your partner Vinnie up and took the bartender down. He's got a big meeting going on and you can make a major blow to his operations. I'll send you a few men to back you up. All my troubles - and yours too, mon - will be taken care of.
Mike: You only care about your own problems, King. This sounds like you're setting this guy up to take care of a turf war you got going on.
King Courtney: Mon, this is business, plain and simple. I help you, you help me, we help each other - everybody's happy.
Mike: I've got no one else to turn to but I warn you, don't double-cross me. You don't want me coming after you.
(Mike arrives to the location)
Mike: Well, well. I suppose I could wait and take them on the way back from the meeting. Where are those damn Yardies?
(Mike kills the Cartel guards)
King Courtney: Mon, you did good! Real good! Those were Cisco's lieutenants though, not the head man himself. Cisco's a sneaky devil, there's no denying it. Don't worry - we'll catch him real soon.

The reward for completing the mission is $10,000. The mission Fine Dining is unlocked by completing the mission.
