The Emissary is a luxurious hotel in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV and Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto V.
Located at Nickle Street and Columbus Avenue on the northeastern corner of Star Junction, Algonquin, the 15-floor hotel is clearly based on the real-life Plaza Hotel in New York City by design and location.
