The Exchange is a neighborhood in southern Algonquin, Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is based on Manhattan's Financial District.
The Exchange nearly covers all of Lower Algonquin, and serves as Liberty City's downtown area. With more narrower roads and more trees than the rest of Algonquin, it is one of the most scenic areas in the borough. The Exchange is a high-rise area, consisting of tall skyscrapers serving as office towers. Some, such as the Civic Citadel (Woolworth Building) are world famous. Businesses on The Exchange include the Goldberg, Ligner & Shyster offices, Al Dente's, and Perseus.
Transportation
The Liberty City Subway does not serve this district. Stations close to this district include the Castle Gardens Station and the City Hall Station.
