The Lost Brother Hood is a biker gang operating out of Alderney. It is led by a man named Johnny Klebitz, introduced to Niko Bellic at one of Elizabeta's parties and who took over from the previous leader, Billy Grey, when he was incarcerated. Mikhail Faustin's daughter's boyfriend, Joey, was a member of the Lost Brotherhood until he and his friends were executed by Bellic on orders from Mr. Faustin.
