Walkthrough

Brief

Tommy needs a guy who's good with guns to help him hold off security at a bank job. After Ken Rosenberg (extremely high on coke) suggests himself, Cam Jones suggests a more reliavle man, the town's best shooter, Phil Cassidy.

The Mission

Drive to the Downtown Ammu-Nation and get in the Shooting Range to meet Phil Cassidy. He will agree to be your shootist if...you can beat him in a shooting contest. The contest has three rounds, one at the shooting range, another in the shootout room and the last one in the shooting corner.

In the first round, there are three types of targets, the closest is worth one point, the middle one is worth two points and the farthest is worth three points, by this round, try to score at least thirty points, since you will need to score more than 60 points between the three rounds.

In the second round there are only two types of targets, both worth one point, the targets look like Catalina and Miguel from Grand Theft Auto III. Try to score twenty points in this round. In the third and final round, the target function is like the one on round two, only that there are less targets here, so try to score eleven or more points to complete the challenge.

If you managed to get more than sixty points between the three rounds, then Phil will agree to be your shootsit for the big bank job.

Script

(The Malibu, Tommy Vercetti, Ken Rosenberg and Cam Jones).

Tommy: We need a stick up man. You know one?

Ken: Hey, Tommy, Tommy, Tommy. This stuff keeps you sharp, man. WooOOOooo! I could be your stick up man! Stick 'em up! Stick 'em up!

Tommy: You ain't a stick up man, you're an idiot! Now get yourself a drink and shut up.

Ken: Hey, get ouf of my way! Yeh, yeh, yeh - ow ow ow!

Cam: Relax.

Tommy: Cam, what do you think?

Cam: Well, the best shooter in this town is a guy named Phil Cassidy.

Tommy: Is that so?

Cam: Yeah. A military guy, or he thinks he is. I doubt he was ever in the army, but he certainly knows how to get a hold of guns. He'll be down at the shooting range.

(Shooting Range, Tommy and Phil Cassidy).

Tommy: You Phil Cassidy?

Phil: Why?

Tommy: I'm looking for a man who can handle a gun. From this set-up, I'm not too convinced.

Phil: Son, I could shoot a fly off your head at 80 feet.

Tommy: Oh really?

Phil: Yeah, I learnt in the army.

Tommy: Fly shooting really popular in the army? Glad I don't pay taxes.

Phil: You tryin' to be funny, kid? Ha ha ha ha! Let's shoooot!

(Ammu-Nation, Tommy and Phil).

Tommy: So do you wanna do me a favor, and help me put together a job?

Phil: Son, after shooting like that, if you asked me to be your wife, I'd say yes!
