The following is a walkthrough for the mission The Snow Storm in Grand Theft Auto IV.

You walk in on Elizabeta and Little Jacob arguing. Elizabeta has been ripped off some coke to some buyers that Little Jacob had connected her to, and demands you to get back what she feels Jacob lost for her.

Head to the old hospital. The cocaine is hidden somewhere in the back, you are to kill anyone that gets in your way. There are a lot of gangsters inside but they are not skilled gunfighters, move through the building room by room, keeping an eye out for the thugs that are up on the roof or standing on the rafters in each new room you enter. There are also plenty of propane tanks scattered around the hospital, use these to your advantage by shooting near the valve at the top, its the easiest way to kill the goons that hide behind some of the walls. Keep going until there are no red dots left on your radar. The coke is on the table in the final room guarded by two men, take them out quickly, then grab the bag.

The NOOSE team shows up when you call Jacob. He's on his way but you have to escape the hospital first. Be patient and use doorways for cover and fight your way out. Get into the first vehicle you see (or get back in yours if you brought one) and take off. After you lose the cops, go and meet Jacob.

When you meet up with Jacob, Michelle is there. She reveals her identity as a government agent (see Karen) sent to watch you from the start. She confiscates the coke from a shocked and disgusted Niko, and tells you that the agency she is working for needs you to do some jobs for them. As you walk away, Jacob reminds you that Elizabeta won't be happy about this.

Completion of this mission unlocks the combat shotgun in the gun store and unlocks missions for United Liberty Paper (if you have completed the mission, "Photo Shoot"). However, the ability for Niko to date Michelle/Karen is, understandably, terminated. At some point after the mission, Mallorie will phone Niko to apologize for setting him up with Michelle, while Roman will send him an e-mail stating same.
