The Tail Bagging the Dogs is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, given to protagonist Huang Lee by Personal Investigator Wade Heston in from the Industrial district of Bohan, Liberty City.
Mission
Mission Briefing
Even after you framed that Korean, he still got released. The Korean is going to have small meetings with all his underbosses to confirm that he is released. Wade wants you to follow him around and kill all his underbosses, then finish him.
Walkthrough
After you have watched the cutscene enter the nearby car and head to the police station before the Korean leaves. Once there park the car in the marker and watch the Korean drive off. Follow him, but don't get too close! Soon he will stop his car on the side of the road and have a quick meeting with an underboss. Once he leaves drive up to the underboss and kill him however you wish, watch out for his two guards. The Korean will meet three more underbosses, you need to dispose of them all. Once he gets to the fourth underboss however, the underboss will get in his car and they will drive off knowing that they had been spotted. Now you will need to drive by them. If you need a new vehicle try to spin them out so you can jack another, watch out as the car shoots at you. Once they are dead the mission is complete.

(At Heston's Safehouse) Heston: Well, you made it in the end. Don't worry about me. I'm just climbing wall here. I've scratched myself raw all over. And I mean all over. Huang: Nice! It's real family fun hanging out with you, Heston. I'm glad I'm not a tax payer. Heston: Kid, Keep up the patronizing tone. Really sympathetic of you. I'm a good cop, sometimes. Anyway, the next time I want a morality lesson from the son of a dead gangster, remind me to ask for one. Talking of tax dollars, the LCPD just put some to good use by releasing that Korean with a fucking caution. Man, if they'd found even half that amount of drugs in my car, I'd lose my pension! In this country, only the President can boast about getting high. Huang: They'd let you off without even a slapped wrist... Are you shitting me? Cops always look after each other. Heston: Not me. Internal Affairs are kicking my ass day and night. They don't seem to appreciate that to get results you've got to bend the rules a little. Just like in the movies... Tough cop goes it alone... that's me. Huang: Absolutely. Exactly how I would describe you. What are we going to do about that Korean prick? Heston: Well, he's gonna have to 'explain' himself to all his Underboses for getting arrested. Why don't you follow him and introduce yourself to all of them? If that doesn't get their attention, I don't know what will. Huang: You're using me as bait? Heston: You wanna catch the big fish, you gotta put a worm on the line. No offense, Huang. I just always wanted to use that line. Now, talking of lines, give me that coke and get out of here. |

There is no monetary reward for this mission, however the next mission; Copter Carnage is unlocked.
