Timothy Spall, OBE (born February 27, 1957 in Battersea, London) is an British actor who has appeared in movies such as Lucky Break, Harry Potter, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. He also provided the voice of Phil Collins' manager, Barry Mickelthwaite, in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
