To Live and Die in Los Santos

To Live and Die in Los Santos is an achievement/trophy in Grand Theft Auto V. To unlock this achievement/trophy, the player must complete The Third Way, or Option C, saving both Michael De Santa and Trevor Philips. The player can obtain the achievement/trophy by "replaying" the mission if they chose Something Sensible or The Time's Come.
