The Tooled Up store, circa 1986, as depicted in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Tooled Up is a hardware store in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. It is one of the three hardware/melee weapon stores in Vice City (the other ones being Bunch of Tools and Screw This). The store is located in the North Point Mall (Vice Point Mall in GTA Vice City Stories) in Vice Point, Vice City. The store was not open in 1984, but had been opened by 1986. It is one of the three stores in the North Point Mall that must be robbed to get 100% completion and is one of the five accessable stores in the North Point Mall. The Coveralls outfit is also available to pick up inside the store. It is only obtainable after the mission Riot.
